Teenage LAUNCH graduate starts second business

Entrepreneur Derelle Roshell, 19, found his passion for business as a high school student when participating in a LAUNCH program, and now he's starting his second business—a security company.

"I've always had an interest in law enforcement," he said. "And I've always gone to events and noticed the gap between security and the crowd."

The business is called G-Force Security, and he is already talking with people who want his services.
