Local entrepreneur honors anniversary of legendary black fashion show

A recent LAUNCH graduate and entrepreneur is using her business to commemorate the 40th anniversary of a fashion show that challenged racial barriers, while also raising awareness for local charities. Esince Management Services, a project management business, began with executive director Sandra Affare in August 2011.

After taking the LAUNCH course in 2013, she said she realized she needed to change her customer base.
